Mitzvah: noun; a meritorious or charitable act.
Art Mitzvah was conceived on Oct 15, 2023, a week after Hamas launched an unprecedented multi-faceted and sustained assault on Israel from the Gaza Strip. It came as an intervention after listening to Dede Bandaid and Nitzan Mintz promote their “Kidnapped” project. It occurred to us that artists had the power to bring peace, togetherness, and change the narrative.
Art Mitzvah is a platform that allows visual artists anywhere in the world to sell their art and donate the proceeds in full or partially to a charitable organization of their choice!
